RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Olivia Darcy garment(s) but in the unfortunate case it isn’t quite right, we do offer a return service for store credit, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or colour.

You may return your item(s) if:

Item(s) are returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our “DO NOT REMOVE” ribbon. We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

We receive your return within 30 days of the delivery date of your order to your shipment address.

The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase along with our returns form.

Item(s) are faulty. Please note, a manufacturing fault does not include general wear and tear and cases where the garment’s care instructions have not been strictly followed.

Olivia Darcy reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

We happily offer refunds (excluding original shipping charges) on all full priced items. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.

We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate code. Simply use your unique gift certificate code at the checkout on your next order with us! The extra bonus to this option is that store credit does not expire!

We happily offer exchanges from the same style in a different size or colour only. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Please note, exchanges are subject to available stock. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

To apply for a refund or exchange purchased on www.oliviadarcy.co.uk, please email us at returns@oliviadarcy.co.uk with your original order details and include the reason for returning/exchanging your item(s).

Please note the shipping costs incurred for returning your item(s) to Olivia Darcy for exchange, credit or refund are at your own expense. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We strongly recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service when returning your order to ensure safe and documented delivery as Olivia Darcy takes no responsibility in tracking your return.

Once we have received your return, our team will examine the item(s) to ensure they meet our returns policy. Once approved we’ll be in-touch to inform you of this and to process your refund, credit or exchange.

If your return is rejected, your item(s) will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s).

We aim to process all returns as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you should expect to hear from us within 2 working days of us receiving your return.
